根據我國相關法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關總署與烏茲別克斯坦國家植物檢驗檢疫局關于烏茲別克斯坦干辣椒輸華檢驗檢疫要求議定書》規(guī)定，允許自本公告發(fā)布之日起生產的、符合檢驗檢疫要求的烏茲別克斯坦干辣椒進口?，F將進口烏茲別克斯坦干辣椒檢驗檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the State Bureau of plant inspection and Quarantine of Uzbekistan on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the export of dried hot pepper from Uzbekistan to China, it is allowed to import the dried hot pepper from Uzbekistan that meets the inspection and quarantine requirements from the date of this announcement. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported dry pepper from Uzbekistan are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
