《化妝品分類規(guī)則和分類目錄》的公告（2021年）

為貫徹落實(shí)《化妝品監(jiān)督管理?xiàng)l例》，規(guī)范和指導(dǎo)化妝品分類工作，國家藥監(jiān)局制定了《化妝品分類規(guī)則和分類目錄》（以下稱《分類規(guī)則》），現(xiàn)予公布，自2021年5月1日起施行。現(xiàn)就實(shí)施有關(guān)問題公告如下：
一、自2021年5月1日起，化妝品注冊(cè)人、備案人申請(qǐng)?zhí)厥饣瘖y品注冊(cè)或者進(jìn)行普通化妝品備案時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)依據(jù)《分類規(guī)則》填報(bào)產(chǎn)品分類編碼。
二、2021年5月1日前已經(jīng)取得注冊(cè)或者完成備案的化妝品，化妝品注冊(cè)人、備案人應(yīng)當(dāng)于2022年5月1日前，通過化妝品注冊(cè)備案信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)補(bǔ)充提供產(chǎn)品分類編碼。

In order to implement the regulations on the supervision & administration of cosmetics and standardize & guide the classification of cosmetics, the National Medical Products Administration has formulated the classification rules and catalogue of cosmetics (hereinafter referred to as the classification rules), which are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on May 1, 2021. We hereby announce the following issues concerning the implementation:
1、 As of May 1, 2021, when applying for registration of special cosmetics or filing of ordinary cosmetics, the registrant and filing person of cosmetics shall fill in the product classification code according to the classification rules.
2、 For cosmetics that have been registered or filed before May 1, 2021, the registration person and filing person of cosmetics shall provide the product classification code through the cosmetics registration and filing information service platform before May 1, 2022.
