泰國海關隸屬于財政部。
一、任務
- 提供現代化、高效、與國際標準接軌的海關服務；
- 以海關措施促經濟發(fā)展和國家競爭力的提升；
- 提高海關監(jiān)管效率，保證社會安全；
- 高效、公平、透明地計征各項稅收。
二、戰(zhàn)略
- 使海關業(yè)務流程符合世界標準；
- 制定海關措施，提升國家競爭力；
- 提高海關監(jiān)管能力，向國際標準看齊；
- 強調以良政原則管理稅收制度。
三、具體職責
泰國海關主要職能、職責如下：
- 征收海關稅和關稅；
- 代其他政府部門征收進出口環(huán)節(jié)稅（如增值稅、特別消費稅和市征稅）；
- 對進出口貨物實施監(jiān)管，確保相關法律法規(guī)得以遵守；
- 打擊走私、偷逃稅活動和其他違反海關法行為；
- 通過稅收措施促進制造業(yè)發(fā)展和貨物出口；
- 為國際貿易提供便利；
- 根據經濟形勢向財政部提出關稅政策建議；
- 編制、發(fā)布進出口貿易統(tǒng)計數據和其他與海關相關的信息。
四、機構設置
泰國海關下設機構分為四類：

Thailand customs is under the Ministry of finance.
1、 Mission
-To provide modern, efficient customs services in line with international standards;
-Promote economic development and national competitiveness with Customs Measures;
-Improve the efficiency of customs supervision and ensure social security;
-Tax collection should be efficient, fair and transparent.
2、 Strategy
-Make the customs business process conform to the world standard;
-Formulate Customs Measures to enhance national competitiveness;
-Improve the customs supervision ability and keep up with the international standards;
-It emphasizes the principle of good governance to manage the tax system.
3、 Specific responsibilities
The main functions and responsibilities of Thailand customs are as follows:
-Collection of customs duties and duties;
-Collect import and export taxes (such as value added tax, special consumption tax and municipal tax) on behalf of other government departments;
-Supervise the import and export of goods to ensure the compliance of relevant laws and regulations;
-Cracking down on smuggling, tax evasion and other violations of the Customs Law;
-Promote the development of manufacturing industry and export of goods through tax measures;
-To facilitate international trade;
-Put forward tariff policy suggestions to the Ministry of finance according to the economic situation;
-Compile and release import and export trade statistics and other customs related information.
4、 Organization setup
There are four types of customs offices in Thailand
（1） The first category provides general administrative support and services to the entire customs department.

（2） The second category is responsible for international affairs, planning, performance evaluation, standard customs procedures and evaluation, information technology development, tariff classification and tariff policy.
