加納貿(mào)易主管部門簡(jiǎn)介

加納貿(mào)易主管部門為加納貿(mào)易工業(yè)部（簡(jiǎn)稱加納貿(mào)工部，The Ministry of Trade and Industry，MTI）。其主要職責(zé)是：
1. 制訂加納貿(mào)易政策；
2. 促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展（包括中小企業(yè)）；
3. 制訂和執(zhí)行加納貿(mào)易和工業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
4. 促進(jìn)和加快加納國(guó)內(nèi)和出口貿(mào)易，重點(diǎn)著眼于貿(mào)易多樣化和增加產(chǎn)品附加值；
5. 促進(jìn)和加快加納參與全球貿(mào)易活動(dòng)，積極參加多邊和區(qū)域組織，擴(kuò)大加納市場(chǎng)。
加納貿(mào)工部下轄5個(gè)職能司，即：政策、貿(mào)易監(jiān)管和評(píng)價(jià)司；政策規(guī)劃、工業(yè)監(jiān)管和評(píng)價(jià)司；研究、情報(bào)和統(tǒng)計(jì)司；人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)和培訓(xùn)司；行政管理和財(cái)務(wù)司。此外，加納貿(mào)工部負(fù)責(zé)管理加納國(guó)家采購(gòu)署、加納標(biāo)準(zhǔn)局、加納出口促進(jìn)局、加納貿(mào)易展覽中心、加納工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、加納全國(guó)工商會(huì)和加納保稅區(qū)委員會(huì)等機(jī)構(gòu)。
加納貿(mào)工部總部設(shè)在首都阿克拉，在全國(guó)10個(gè)省的省會(huì)均設(shè)有貿(mào)易辦公室。在特馬、阿夫勞、尼韋、霍努塔-阿夫努、包庫(kù)、哈馬萊、格諾克羅姆、桑帕、埃魯巴、杰維-華夫和科托卡國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)，均設(shè)有港口邊境辦公室。同時(shí)，加納在倫敦、日內(nèi)瓦和華盛頓設(shè)有海外貿(mào)易代表處。
The Ministry of trade and industry (MTI) is the competent trade department of Ghana. Its main responsibilities are:
1. To formulate Ghana's trade policy;
2. Promote the development of enterprises (including small and medium-sized enterprises);
3. To formulate and implement standards for trade and industry in Ghana;
4. Promote and accelerate Ghana's domestic and export trade, focusing on trade diversification and increasing product added value;
5. Promote and accelerate Ghana's participation in Global trade activities, actively participate in multilateral and regional organizations, and expand Ghana's market.
The Ministry of trade and industry of Ghana has five functional departments, namely, the Department of policy, trade supervision and evaluation; Division of policy planning, industrial regulation and evaluation; Research, information and Statistics Division; Human resources development and training division; Division of administration and finance. In addition, the Ministry of trade and industry of Ghana is responsible for the management of Ghana national procurement agency, Ghana Standards Bureau, Ghana export promotion agency, Ghana Trade Exhibition Center, Ghana Industry Association, Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and industry and Ghana Free Trade Zone Commission.
Ghana's Ministry of trade and industry is headquartered in Accra, the capital, and has trade offices in the capitals of 10 provinces. There are port border offices at Tema, afrau, neve, honuta afnu, Baoku, hamale, gnokrom, sampa, eruba, Javier WAF and Kotoka international airports. Meanwhile, Ghana has overseas trade offices in London, Geneva and Washington.
