境外代表團攜帶的涉及奧林匹克標志專有權的物 品，同樣適用“自用、合理數(shù)量”原則，同時海關還將憑 北京冬奧組委出具的《自用清單》《自用證明》《自 用物資擔保函》等材料，為符合北京冬奧會實際需 要，在合理范圍內的物品提供通關便利。超出自用、 合理數(shù)量，且無北京冬奧組委出具的相關證明材料 的，海關將按照《奧林匹克標志保護條例》等相關規(guī) 定處理。
《海關總署關于發(fā)布〈北京2022年冬奧會和 冬殘奧會海關通關須知〉的公告》（海關總署公 告2021年第11號）：對于境外代表團隨身攜帶 進境的比賽器材、醫(yī)療器材等，按照北京冬奧會 實際需要，在合理范圍內的，現(xiàn)場海關憑北京冬 奧組委出具的《自用清單》《自用證明》《自用 物資擔保函》等材料，提供通關便利。北京冬奧 組委需確保相關物資僅限于北京冬奧會使用且全 部復運出境，并及時協(xié)助解決通關中遇到的問 題。

In case of exceeding the reasonable amount for self use and without relevant supporting materials issued by the Committee, the Customs will deal with it in accordance with the regulations on the protection of Olympic symbols and other relevant provisions.
Announcement of the General Administration of Customs on Issuing the instructions for Customs Clearance of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games and winter Paralympic Games (Announcement No. 11 of the General Administration of Customs in 2021): for the competition equipment and medical equipment carried by overseas delegations into the country, according to the actual needs of Beijing Winter Olympic Games, within a reasonable range, The on-site Customs shall provide convenience for Customs Clearance with the "self use list", "self use certificate", "self use material guarantee letter" and other materials issued by the Committee, who needs to ensure that the relevant materials are limited to the use of the Beijing Winter Olympics and all of them are re transported out of the country, and assist in solving the problems encountered in Customs Clearance in a timely manner.
