南非海關(guān)簡介

南非海關(guān)隸屬于南非稅務(wù)署（South African Revenue Service，簡稱SARS）。
一、任務(wù)
根據(jù)1997年南非稅務(wù)署第34號法令，南非海關(guān)的任務(wù)是：
- 確保所有稅收應(yīng)收盡收
- 確保相關(guān)法律得以遵守
- 保護(hù)南非邊境
- 促進(jìn)貿(mào)易便利
二、職能
- 實施海關(guān)和貿(mào)易方面的法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章
- 征收關(guān)稅和進(jìn)出口環(huán)節(jié)稅
- 通過控制禁限類貨物的進(jìn)出口，保證南非公民的社會福利
- 確保貨物及時通關(guān)，促進(jìn)跨境旅客的快速通關(guān)
- 促進(jìn)南非融入世界經(jīng)濟(jì)并使南非人從中受益

South Africa customs is part of the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
1、 Mission
According to the South African Revenue Service Act No. 34 of 1997, the tasks of the South African Customs are as followings:
-Ensure that all tax receivables are collected
-Ensure compliance with relevant laws
-Protecting the South African border
-Promoting trade facilitation
2、 Functions
-Implementation of customs and trade laws, regulations and rules
-Collection of customs duties and import and export taxes
-To ensure the social welfare of South African citizens by controlling the import and export of prohibited and restricted goods
-Ensure the timely clearance of goods and promote the rapid clearance of cross-border passengers
-Promoting South Africa's integration into the world economy and benefiting South Africans
