哈薩克斯坦共和國(guó)海關(guān)成立于1991年12月12日，設(shè)立之初由總統(tǒng)直管。后歷經(jīng)多次機(jī)構(gòu)變化，起初為哈薩克斯坦共和國(guó)海關(guān)委員會(huì)，直屬部長(zhǎng)會(huì)議主席。之后改為哈薩克斯坦共和國(guó)國(guó)家收入部海關(guān)委員會(huì)，為國(guó)家收入部的一個(gè)內(nèi)設(shè)局。此后改為哈薩克斯坦共和國(guó)海關(guān)總署，直接隸屬總統(tǒng)管轄。2006年根據(jù)哈國(guó)總統(tǒng)令，改為哈薩克斯坦共和國(guó)財(cái)政部海關(guān)監(jiān)管委員會(huì)，隸屬于國(guó)家財(cái)政部。2014年10月，根據(jù)哈總統(tǒng)令，哈財(cái)政部海關(guān)監(jiān)管委員會(huì)和稅務(wù)委員會(huì)合并成立哈財(cái)政部國(guó)家收入委員會(huì)，目前，哈財(cái)政部下屬有6個(gè)委員會(huì)。
哈財(cái)政部國(guó)家收入委員會(huì)現(xiàn)任主席為堅(jiān)戈巴耶夫，副主席阿姆林為國(guó)家收入委員會(huì)副主席，分管海關(guān)工作。委員會(huì)主席的行政級(jí)別為副部級(jí)，由財(cái)政部長(zhǎng)任免。目前，委員設(shè)有1個(gè)主席4個(gè)副主席。
The customs of the Republic of Kazakhstan was established on December 12, 1991, under the direct control of the president. Later, it was changed into the Customs Committee of the Ministry of state revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an internal Bureau of the Ministry of state revenue. Since then, it has been changed into the General Administration of Customs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is directly under the jurisdiction of the president. In 2006, according to the decree of the president of Kazakhstan, it was changed into the Customs Supervision Committee of the Ministry of finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is subordinate to the Ministry of finance. In October 2014, according to the decree of the president of Kazakhstan, the customs supervision committee and Tax Committee of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan merged to establish the national revenue Committee of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan. At present, there are six committees under the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan.
The current chairman of the national revenue Committee of the Ministry of finance of Kazakhstan is tengobayev, and vice chairman amrin is vice chairman of the national revenue Committee, in charge of customs work. The executive level of the chairman of the committee is at the level of vice minister, who is appointed or removed by the Minister of finance. At present, the Committee has a chairman and four vice chairmen.
